I offer psychotherapy for individuals and couples, on topics such as self-acceptance, emotions, communication, sexual dysfunction, relationships, and shame/guilt.
I specialize in helping vulva owners who experience sexual hesitance (pain with sex, fear of sex, shame about their sexuality) lead more authentic and satisfying lives - in and out of the bedroom.
I also enjoy working with couples. Perhaps you each desire a different amount of sexual interaction. Perhaps something is off in your partnership: Maybe it’s constant arguments, a lack of feeling loved by your partner, some jealousy, or a low amount of passion. Whatever it is, it often helps to open up your concerns in front of a neutral third party who is able to see blind spots and teach you both effective tools for healing wounds and keeping the spark alive.
Whether you are seeking individual or couples therapy, I want to help you increase your individual autonomy, own your emotions/experience, and sit in the director’s chair of your life.
